We are prepared to assist in rescue work and disaster relief following major emergencies and disasters. Maintaining telecommunications is vital to facilitate rescue work and for helping affected people.
In 2015, Nepal was hit by major earthquakes. Ncell in Nepal collaborated with the Swedish non-profit organization Flowminder to provide aid agencies with updated people displacement data based on anonymized call detail record (CDR) data.
